Who We Are We are a family run wine & spirits shop, located in the San Fernando Valley about 20 miles north east of Los Angeles. The business has been in this location since the late 50’s Named Jake’s Jug then Dale’s Jr., Party House Liquor, and now Tarzana Wine & Spirits.
